Anu Ramani

Managing Director

Anu is the Managing Director of Isoline and leads the company’s strategy and creative output. With over two decades’ experience in marketing for the world’s top telecoms, mobile, and SaaS brands, Anu is a techy through and through and serves as telecoms sector lead for Isoline.

Her pursuit of endurance sport of all kinds means she has her physiotherapist on speed-dial. She’s now into Bollywood dancing, to the dismay of her friends and well-wishers.

HEATHER OATES

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

With extensive knowledge and experience of writing for highly technical companies, Heather has developed and promoted a wide range of content for a tech B2B audiences. Deeply committed to delivering standout campaigns for her clients, she relishes the challenge of unpicking complex campaign requirements and delivering cut-through work.

Heather’s calm demeanour, attention to detail and commitment to results make her a favourite among clients and mentees alike. Her competitive spirit finds an outlet in motorsports and she can often be found at the Silverstone circuit. She’s also a dab hand at mechanical rodeos.

ANDY ELDRIDGE

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Andy’s extensive TMT sector experience together with his informed senior counsel and track record for achieving outstanding results make him a versatile campaign lead. Andy combines a strategic approach with a hands-on mindset that lets him to get to the heart of clients’ pain points and create campaigns to address them.

Andy is a connoisseur of all things streaming and is on a mission to ‘finish Netflix’, which, combined with a near-encyclopaedic knowledge of James Bond films, makes him a great source of TV and movie quotes.

CLAIRE TREVIEN

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Claire is a full stack B2B content marketer with a decade’s worth of experience under her belt. From running social media for sold out events, to creating content that leads to six-figure business deals, Claire loves being parachuted into campaigns and turning on the light.
When she isn’t geeking out about martech, Claire loves to paint or embark on yet another home renovation project.

GIA MUSSINI

SENIOR ACCOUNT CO-ORDINATOR

Gia’s energy and enthusiasm is infectious, especially when it comes to design. Whether creating and editing videos, designing long and short-form content or venturing into the world of her newfound love, website design. Gia embraces every challenge with gusto, not resting until she has delivered results.

Proud plant-mom of 43, Gia is always grateful her greenery has nothing to say when she suddenly changes hairstyle or sings Mamma Mia.

CHARLIE KAHN

SENIOR CONTENT SPECIALIST

Charlie is a writer at heart, with a flair for SEO. Combining key messaging and brand identity with SEO strategy is where he does most of his work. He’s at his best when diving deep into a topic through long-form content or finding new ways to communicate with audiences. Overall, he’s up for anything that offers a challenge.

Outside of work, Charlie is an ardent collector of blu rays, tattoos and (questionably) useful gym gear. He defends his ‘squat shoes’ to this day.

MILES JONES

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

An avid writer with a background in Digital Marketing and  PR, Miles is forever enthusiastic to learn more about developing content that drives engagement for clients. He is a versatile writer who prides himself on being able to write about almost anything and delivering results that stand out from the crowd.

A thirst for knowledge always needs an outlet and Miles is a useful asset on any pub quiz team, just don’t ask him about football.

FRASER MCCALLUM

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Fraser is a Marketing Graduate who has found a keen interest in IoT. New to the sector, he is eager to learn the ropes and develop his skills under such an experienced team.

In his spare time, you can find him snowboarding on the ski slopes, scoring points in ultimate frisbee or singing his heart out at a gig.

SASKIA DAVIS

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Saskia is a keen, experienced, and accurate writer ranging across multiple content forms. Her true passion, however, lies in social media: whether it involves writing standout copy within a restricted word count, measuring analytics, or planning a carefully considered strategy.

Any spare creativity she uses on upcycling clothes, having too many opinions about films, and amateur-level baking.
