Such details may be added to our CRM. Accounts information will be stored on our 3rd party Accounting software and is used solely for the purpose of processing invoices. We will only send promotional or informational emails if you explicitly provide us with consent to do so, usually at the point of an enquiry. If you have opted in to these emails, you may opt out of them at any point either verbally or in writing to email@example.com; As a customer, you will receive emails relating to the services we provide.
(c) Log File Information: Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile application each time you visit isolinecomms.com. These server logs may include information such as your operating system, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and other such information. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.
(d) Access And Retention Of Data Controlled By Our Customers: An individual or company who is a current or former Isoline Communications customer seeking access or wishing to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will acknowledge your request within seventy-two (72) hours and handle it promptly and as required by law. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
10. Children’s privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Isoline Communications does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 years old, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
