Months 3-6: Embed

This is where habits form. Monthly coaching sessions track progress, tackle roadblocks, and keep your team moving. We set goals together, review what’s working, and adjust.  

This is also where your team puts their new skills to work on real marketing campaigns until the process becomes second nature.
