The AI Marketing Academy
For enterprise tech marketing teams who are done experimenting with AI and ready to make it work

AI is not magic (sorry)
Choosing the right or the wrong AI tool isn’t the issue, but rather using tools in the best way for your unique needs.
Everyone’s playing with AI, but fewer people are building something that lasts.
Without clear strategy, editorial standards, and structured workflows, you won’t see improvements in your content output.
Unfortunately, most training on AI is generic and theoretical, that’s why we’re offering an alternative.
AI training by marketers, for marketers
We genuinely care about great content, which means we care about what your AI is producing, not just how quickly it’s producing it.
The AI Marketing Academy is a 6-month programme that gives your team the skills, workflows, and confidence to use AI well.
Week 1: Establish
Most AI programmes skip this entirely and go straight to the tools. We start here on purpose.
Before any workshop or workflow, we align on your goals, governance, and the specific use cases AI can actually move the needle on for your team. It’s why everything that follows actually works.

Month 1-2: Enable
Four workshops. Lots of practice. Absolutely no death by PowerPoint.
Every session ends with something your team can actually use: prompts, workflows, or processes ready to go, and homework. Because the best training and homework is the kind you remember on Monday morning.

Months 3-6: Embed
This is where habits form. Monthly coaching sessions track progress, tackle roadblocks, and keep your team moving. We set goals together, review what’s working, and adjust.
This is also where your team puts their new skills to work on real marketing campaigns until the process becomes second nature.
By the end, using AI well is just another thing your team does.

Why Isoline?
We built this because we needed it ourselves.
Isoline specialises in B2B tech content marketing for technology companies. We built this programme because we couldn’t find one we’d actually want to take ourselves. Every framework, workshop, and workflow in it comes from real B2B marketing work. When we teach you to build an AI-augmented content system, it’s because we run one ourselves.

FAQs
The AI Marketing Academy is a structured 24-week programme that helps in-house marketing teams at B2B technology companies build the skills, workflows, and governance to use AI consistently and well. It covers everything from strategy and tool configuration to hands-on content creation and habit building — all tailored to your team’s specific goals and challenges. A 12-week version is also available.
It’s a training programme, not a tool. We don’t sell software. The Academy teaches your team how to use AI tools you already have, or helps you identify the right ones, and builds the operational system around them so results are consistent and repeatable.
The programme is run by Isoline, a B2B tech content marketing agency. We built it because we couldn’t find an AI training programme we’d actually want to take ourselves. Every framework, workshop, and workflow comes from real B2B marketing work, the kind we do every day for technology companies across telecoms, fintech, and cybersecurity.
It’s designed for in-house marketing teams at B2B technology companies, typically organisations with an established content function that’s experimenting with AI but not yet getting consistent results. It works best for teams of two or more, with a marketing lead who can champion implementation internally.
Yes. The programme is built for the reality of enterprise marketing: multiple stakeholders, governance requirements, brand safety concerns, and the need to demonstrate ROI to leadership. The foundation phase specifically addresses governance and policy, so AI adoption is structured and defensible from the start.
No. The programme starts with fundamentals and builds from there. Teams with existing AI experience will move through the foundation phase faster, but the programme is calibrated to where your team actually is — not assumed baseline.
The programme runs across three phases. The first month establishes foundations — aligning on goals, governance, and the specific use cases most relevant to your team. Months one and two focus on enabling your team through four hands-on workshops covering the full content lifecycle. Months three to six embed new habits through monthly coaching sessions, goal-setting, and structured review. A 3 months version covers the foundation and enable phases.
The workshop and coaching sessions are designed to be time-efficient — four 90-minute workshops in the enable phase and monthly 60-minute sessions thereafter. The bigger time investment is in the between-session work: applying what’s been learned to real projects. That’s intentional. Capability builds through practice, not attendance.
The programme is delivered remotely, which makes it accessible for international teams and distributed marketing functions. Isoline works with clients across the world.
Most AI training is tool-led and generic — it shows you what AI can do, not how to make it work for your specific content operation. The AI Marketing Academy starts with your goals, your tool stack, and your team’s existing workflows. It also covers the things generic training skips entirely: governance, editorial standards, brand safety, and building habits that last beyond the programme.
We’re a B2B tech content marketing agency, not an AI vendor or a generalist training provider. We use AI in our own content operation every day, for clients in complex technical sectors. The programme teaches what we’ve learned from doing — not a framework built for a slide deck.
Because AI in marketing isn’t one problem — it’s dozens of different ones depending on your function. A content marketing team has different needs, workflows, and quality standards than a demand generation or social media team. The Academy is built specifically for content: strategy, creation, editorial standards, and the operational system that ties it together.
By the end of the 24-week programme, your team will have defined AI use cases aligned to business goals, a configured and validated tool stack, prompt libraries built for your real scenarios, and live content created using a hybrid AI model. The longer-term outcomes are increased throughput, reduced production time for derivative content, improved brand consistency, and reduced risk from ungoverned AI use.
The programme is structured to make ROI visible at every stage. The foundation phase defines success metrics upfront. Monthly coaching sessions track progress against those metrics. By the end of the programme, you have documented workflows, a governance framework, and content output your team produced — concrete evidence of capability change, not just training attendance.
The full 6 months programme is delivered at a flat rate of £19,520. A 3 months version is available at £10,000. Both are delivered by a senior team of AI, content marketing, and design specialists. There are no per-seat costs or hidden tool fees.
