Whitepapers have moved from ranking third on the list of most popular B2B telecoms long-form content types in 2023-24 to take the number one spot in this year’s report.
The companies we analysed more than doubled their whitepaper output compared with the previous period.
However, it is worth mentioning that what a whitepaper looks like is more diverse than ever. Although there are certainly still a good proportion of B2B telecoms whitepapers favouring a traditional linear PDF format, there has been an increase in companies using more interactive elements, scrollytelling, and visually engaging layouts to drive engagement with long-form written assets.
